Windy Arbor Primary School
There is a really special ethos in Windy Arbor that all visitors comment on. The children and staff are amazing and nurturing is central to all that we do. Our results are consistently high, being above both national and local averages. However, we do not just concentrate on academic achievements; we develop ‘the whole child’. The child is at the centre of all that we do. We are justifiably proud that we have some special needs children who are also on our gifted and talented register for certain areas of development. To us at Windy Arbor, every child is special.
The Windy Arbor family includes parents and we work extremely hard to engage them to be involved in the school and in their child’s education. Our family is wider than just our school community and we engage with the local community at every opportunity. An example of this is that Windy Arbor is the home of Solihull Primary Schools’ Football Association and teams from around the country come to play here.
